SWING, East coast swing is a simple 6 count dance, also known as tripple-step, double step and single step. It has a very structure and footwork along with the basic moves and styling. TWO-STEP in the two-step, dancers move counter-clockwise around the perimeter of the dance floor to the hottest country music around! Over the years, the Two-step has evolved into a challenging and exhillarating series of movements around the dance floor. WALTZ Dating back 300 years and popular all over the world, the waltz is the 'backbone' dance of the ballroom. Easy to hear, 123, 123 rhbythm pattern and simple box step foundation pattern, its also easy to learn! RUMBA is a slow, sensuous, romantic dance with much flirtation. The slow latin beat, thythmic body and hip action and steamy tease, results in routines that are very sexual. MERINGUE the old saying that if you can walk, you can dance the Merinque. With one step taken to each beat of the music, dancing the Meringue is like marching. CHA CHA the Party Dance! Whereas the Rumba miy have an intense expression, the interpretation of the Cha Cha music should produce a happy, carefree, party-time-like dance expression. TANGO The forms of tango are like stages of a relationship. The american tango is like the beginning of a love affair, when your both very romantic and on your best behavior. The Argentine tango is when your in the heart of things and all likes of emotions are flying: Passion, Anger and Humor.
